Your cooperation will help us tailor our on-line information and, if our suspicions are borne out by responses, design some on-line, easy tutorials for those of you who feel you really need some basic instructions on how to simply use or work your computer - things that to us seem very basic and simple - like creating folders, copying files, and making back-ups.
