Last Weeks Trail

The pack assembled at the well used Bar-b-Que in Les Stone Park, awaiting the "On". At the appropriate time, the Hare, Bandit, gave the usual sort of instructions (no more hills than what you could see, several Wimps/Rambos, lots of Checks, etc), and showed the pack the "On On", a three-way check, so off the set. Trail initially led on through the park to the first pathway intersection where a two-way had the pack out and checking. A sizable portion of the pack were drawn on the false trail over the creekline, but trail was found to lead into Cypress Ct., then, from a two-way at the intersection with Parkland Dr., up Waratah Way and On into Primrose Ct. to a Wimps and Rambos at the corner with Roselands Rd.. The Rambo's led anti-clockwise around Acacia St and back onto Roselands Rd to a Hash Halt at the intersection with Brockley St.. The Wimps led straight to the Hash Halt. The pack waited at the Hash Halt for those that choose the wrong way at the two-way in the park. They waited and waited.

Eventually, with everybody re-assembled, so trail then led to a two-way at the with Melrose Dr., with trail eventually being determined to head south, towards MacFarland Rd., but a two-way at the pedestrian underpass had the pack following trail along the pathway under Trudewind Rd, through the parkland to another Hash Halt near a convenient street light. After the HH there was a two-way which had some covering one side of a square whilst others covered the other three sides of the square. Trail led on down the path to another Hash Halt were this path joined with the path from Les Stone Park to Willow Park, and from here it was "On Home".

After the Nosh that had been served up over the last two weeks, the pack may have waited in wild expectation, and they where not to be let down, with Bandit supplying a sumptuous spread of chips, dim sims and potato cakes.
