Mt Pilot Tourist Farm has a large range of friendly farm animals. These animals will keep the kids amused for hours.
Above these little ponies are waiting for someone to talk to them. Children love being led around on their backs, and the ponies love it too.
These friendly goats come running from all ends of the paddock to see visitors. The llamas on the right are very inquisitive as well.
There is a host of bird life. Above you can see a pea cock eating with a selection of fowl. There are guinea fowl, ducks, bantams, silky bantams and a range of coloured chooks. On the right is a pea cock in flight. There are also an abundance of native birds, with many species of parrots, including the king parrot, cockatoos, galahs, eastern rosellas, yellow rosellas, gang gang cockatoo, and the very scarce turquoise parrot.
Above is a turkey fanning out his tale and fluffing himself up in a bid to attract the female. On the right the pea cock is fanning out his tail also in an attempt to impress the females. Whether you bring your kids, or whether you are coming to get away from it all, the Mt Pilot Tourist Farm offers peace and tranquility, only interrupted by the relaxing sounds of the animals.
