The map above shows the top left section of the Botanic Gardens. All the maps will show the Restaurant and the Children's Playground in them, and on this map these are on the bottom right hand side. Model Trains The main feature of the map above is the Model Train layout. There are two web pages featuring the model trains, so click here to see them.
Historical Museum Another feature of the map above is the Wagga Museum, or commonly known as the Wagga Historical Museum. Separate web pages can be seen at Museum Page 1. The Museum opens Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm. Sundays from 12.00 am until 4.00 pm.
The map above shows the location of this interesting attraction. The club only operates on the 1st Sunday of each month, and has an extensive range of antique engines.
The tree chapel is a quiet sanctuary, with many interesting quotations or references attached to many of the trees and shrubs making up this particular garden.
The camellias are a myriad of colours when in bloom. Note the detailed sculptures on Wagga's sister city's Chinese pavilion. Viewing the Chinese pavilion through the camellia garden's archway.
The Shakesperian Garden has many interesting notations on the hedges and plants as to the selection and placement of the various plants.
Cactus and Succulent Garden
The cactus garden has a wide variety of plants, some with magnificent flowers.
