How to get from Adelaide to the Albury and District and North East Victorian Region.
BUS A daily bus service runs to and from Adelaide via Manangatang, Echuca and Yarrawonga and connects at the Albury Station with the Sydney XPT.
V Line Daily Service which connects with the XPT at the Albury Railway Station. Train and Coach

CAR The most direct route is via Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Pinaroo, Ouyen, Swan Hill, Echuca, Mulwala, Corowa and Albury. The Bus above, which stops at Pinaroo and Echuca for 30 minutes each, takes approximately 12 hours of travel, plus the one hour break.
Plane As yet there is no direct link from Adelaide to Albury by plane. Travellers may fly to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, and catch a flight to Albury or Wagga Wagga. There are however many charter flights that may land at Benalla, Wangaratta, Corowa, Corryong, Khancoban and Albury. Contact your local charter flights for information.
Train As yet there are no direct train services from Adelaide to Albury. Travellers may take the Overland from Adelaide to Spencer Street Station in Melbourne, and transfer to any of the trains scheduled for Albury. The XPT leaves Melbourne twice a day for Albury and Sydney, and there are at least 4 other Albury daily trains. See train schedules below.
